The support and care package can vary from 24/7, 52 weeks a year, for the most vulnerable people to just a few hours of care a day, depending on the individual needs. We offer a range of specialist and flexible service models aimed at providing choice, independence and freedom.
We work in partnership with the people who use our services, their families, friends, social work professionals, advocates, housing providers and other agencies to develop services that help individuals to be in control of their lives.
