Rate of pay: £9 p/hr (depending on qualification)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our well established support team in Lochgilphead.

The position of Team Leader is both challenging and rewarding.

You will ensure the support team is competent, focused on enabling the clients to engage in meaningful activities and relationships at home and in the community.

You will have experience of support work. You will also have an in depth understanding of the difficulties faced by vulnerable people with support needs and how these might be met.  You should be able to make clear decisions and deal positively with challenges and problems. 

You will work with the Service Manager to ensure the support team is competent, focused on enabling the clients to engage in meaningful activity and relationships at home and in the community.

You will be a friendly, enthusiastic and a motivated person who is highly organised and committed to progressive person centred care.
