CHOICES CARE provides supported living and residential care services to people in their own homes, often in single tenancies or shared accommodation.
The services and level of support are designed to meet the person's needs.
Many of the people who use our services have lived in long-stay hospitals or care homes. CHOICES CARE has wide experience of supporting people during this transition.
Our person centered approach means services are tailored to meet the needs of the people we support.
We strive to empower the people we support to be in control of their lives, by helping them to live independently in their own homes.
