The Role of Regional and Divisional Service Managers

The Regional and Divisional Service Managers have overall responsibility for service delivery across a specific geographic area. Key responsibilities of these roles include: ensuring that regulatory and legislative requirements are met, contract compliance is achieved, staff recruitment retention and development is of a high standard and ultimately service delivery in care and support is of high quality reflecting best practice. Regional and Divisional Service Managers are supported in their roles by a management team and by the wider organisational teams, for example, Audit, Quality, Learning and Development, Finance and Human Resources.
