Our occupational training courses provided by our in house team, can cover a wide range of subjects including:

• Restraint & Whistleblowing

• Person Centred Lifestyle Workshops
• Epilepsy Awareness, Diazepam/Midazolam Administration
• Challenging Behaviour Awareness

All the above training courses are designed to be highly participative, allowing for discussion and group activities. In addition, the practical sessions require the employee to participate in a series of demonstrations and physical techniques to maximise the learning opportunity.

Where we identify a learning need in a particular service we will also provide service-specific training to meet that need.
