ISO 9001-2008 Accreditation

CHOICES CARE first achieved ISO 9002 in 1999 (International Standard for a Quality Management System) and ISO 9001:2000 in 2002.

We have been assessed annually by an independent Audit Organisation, IEC, who are UKAS registered.

We are delighted to announce that CHOICES CARE has successfully been assessed to the latest (and more stringent) standard ISO 9001: 2008 and awarded Certification, in July 2009.

The accreditation is a tangible expression of our commitment to quality and it demonstrates we have systems in place to ensure high quality of service delivery.

We seek continuous improvement though systems of monitoring, consultation and assessment. These include:
