The Aberdeenshire Divisional Area is CHOICES  CARE's largest geographical district. We have services that stretch from Whitehills to Inverurie.

Most of the people who use our services have Learning Disabilities.  However, we also support clients in the area with Mental Ill Health and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The range of services we provide changes according to the individual needs of the people who use our services.

Most of our services in Aberdeenshire are delivered through a Supported Living model. The services are designed to promote the opportunity for independent living while offering care and support to ensure that the people who use our services enjoy happy, healthy, and full lives within their community.

Our high quality care and support packages extend from between 24 hours per day, 7 days a week to just a few hours of care when required.

In New Deer, our purpose-built specialised service provides Supported Living services to adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

In 2007, this service achieved Autism Accreditation with the National Autistic Society. This accreditation demonstrates CHOICES  CARE's commitment to meet the exact standards required to care for and support people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.
