Executive Chairman
Profile: Paul G. Neeson took up the post in November 2009. His job combines the roles of both Chairman and Chief Executive.
Paul brings a wealth of experience to his post, having been a Board Director of over 60 companies. He is well known in corporate finance as a Business Strategist.
Paul has been a Non-Executive Director of CHOICES CARE since February 2006, and has witnessed CHOICES doubling in size. He is very proud of the company achieving awards for Investors in People and ISO accreditations.
Role: Responsible for the overall performance and leadership of CHOICES CARE, be it operational, financial, business development, quality assurance, training or administration.

Managing Director CHOICES CARE at Home
Profile: Colin has extensive experience in financial and operational multi site management in health and social care settings, both in the public and private sector. His previous experience includes that of Regional Manager for a major corporate provider of care for the elderly and, prior to this, Colin was a Director of a Priory Hospital.
Role: Responsible for the overall management of CHOICES CARE at Home, ensuring that the organisation delivers services effectively and to a consistently high standard in the increasing number of locations in which we operate.

Managing Director CHOICES CARE
Profile: Patricia is a nurse by profession; she is exceptionally experienced in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of person centred services.
Role: Responsible for leading and directing CHOICES CARE, ensuring that all services are delivered via skilled and supported staff, who are committed to improving the lives of the people who they serve.

CHOICES CARE Group Finance Director
Profile:David is a CA with over 25 years experience in business - the last 18 years at Finance Director level. David's early career was with large international companies including; Arthur Andersen, Diageo, Kwik-Fit Group and Thomson Reuters. These roles involved working and living in the UK and Continental Europe.
Over the last 10 years David has been Finance Director with various medium size enterprises. These businesses have been both international and UK-based.
Role: Responsible for all financial matters for the Group
