To signal this commitment we have a Quality and Audit Team which works closely with our Manager's, Support Staff and the people who use our service to ensure that CHOICES CARE is delivering care which is effective, efficient and progressive. The Head of Quality, Learning & Development reports directly to the Chief Executive and participates in executive discussion and decisions. Our Quality and Audit Team of experienced and qualified Auditors includes Health Care Professionals, qualified Health and Safety staff and a Person Centred Lifestyle Facilitator.
We aim to ensure the introduction, development and maintenance of best practice is disseminated throughout the organisation. Our Quality Assurance systems not only focus on internal audit but also include service user satisfaction, service users' family feedback, staff and Stakeholder feedback.
We are committed to the health and safety of our service users, staff and visitors. This is supported through robust risk management, dissemination of relevant information, procedures, training, and supervision to ensure a Healthy and Safe environment.
