All staff actively participate in the organisation appraisal system which will include engaging in and recording regular supervision. From this, Individual training needs are identified. Staff are encouraged to show initiative and to propose development that will contribute to their success and that of CHOICES CARE.
Through this process support staff will be able to engage in programmes of learning and development which will lead to NVQ/ SVQ awards in health and social care if not already achieved.
The Management Development Programme offers managers the opportunity to for learning and updating leadership skills, appraisal skills and interview skills. A learning and development culture is inherent to the growth of our organisation.
