The aim of our Learning and Development team is to provide learning, education and development opportunities which enable all our staff to provide the highest quality of support and care to people who use our service and their families.

We provide comprehensive opportunities or all employees. This begins with Induction and is ongoing throughout your employment at CHOICES CARE with programmes of continuous development. We actively encourage and support staff to achieve their registration with the SSSC (Scotland) and the GSCC (England).

Many of our Supported Living services have already achieved the Investor in People Award. This reflects our commitment to developing our work force in order to provide the highest quality of Person Centred care.
