Due to the growth of the organisation, a vacancy has arisen for a Team Leader in our Helensburgh service. Experience in working with people who have mental health problems is essential. Applicants should hold or be working towards SVQ III.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to work in our respite service in Beith. Taking a lead role in monitoring and reviewing care plans and promoting best practice within the service, in addition to providing direct support. Experience of working with people with a learning disability essential.

Working in our small registered nursing home in Falkirk, the post holder will be responsible for preparing nutritional meals for six individuals. Applicants must hold a Level 2 REHIS qualification or equivalent.

We are currently looking to recruit a Primary Nurse to work in our small registered nursing home in Falkirk which supports six individuals with a learning disability and other complex needs. Post holders are required to be a first level registered nurse (RNMH or RNLD preferred but RMN or RGN considered).

The purpose of the job is to monitor and oversee the overall day to day running of an identified service and to take the responsibility to ensure that the service is operating to the highest possible standards. We are looking for Support Workers and Support Workers with experience of supporting vulnerable people in the community, and with skills in working with people who challenge services. An understanding of issues of addiction and homelessness would be an advantage.

As a Support Worker you will provide individual support and care to people with a learning disability. You will work as an integral part of the team, providing excellent standards of support and care. You will assist people in their daily living and help them to live the kind of lives that they want.

Required to provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes or with their families, ranging from support to access the community and activities, to household and lifeskills. Various hours to meet the individual service users needs.

You will promote the aims of the service and Choices Care, providing our service users with support to enable them to make positive choices regarding their lifestyles and maintain their independence. To give practical assistance and support, to clients with various needs, chronically sick and their families in a domiciliary setting
