Within CHOICES CARE we respect diversity in the work place.

Even if you have not previously worked in care services you may have a range of skills and attributes which would transfer to enable you to support and enhance the life of an individual who has a learning disability. We recognise that you need to develop skills and competencies which ensure that those people to whom we provide care are supported in a manner which upholds their safety, dignity and security at all times. That is why at CHOICES CARE we offer the opportunity for learning and development from day one.

Your induction to CHOICES CARE will begin before you start working with the support team. A minimum 4 day induction programme ensures that you have an awareness of the values, policies, procedures and practices which need to be in place before you start work in any of our services.

Our commitment to your ongoing learning and development is central to your employment with us and you will be supported and encouraged to participate in ongoing programmes of learning which will aid both your professional and personal development.
